rafaela krauspenhar

Rafaela Krauspenhar is a partner at Ana Frazão Advogados, practicing in arbitration and judicial litigation, particularly in business disputes. Her practice involves handling strategic cases in both arbitral and judicial proceedings.

Rafaela has an academic background closely linked to the University of Brasília (UnB), where she is a Master’s student in Law and has participated in several study and research groups, most notably the Study Group on Constitution, Business, and Market (GECEM), led by Professor Ana Frazão.

Her academic experience also includes co-organizing the Study and Research Group on Jurisprudence and Constitution, as well as conducting undergraduate research in Civil Procedure. She also served as an assistant editor of the Revista dos Estudantes de Direito da UnB (UnB Law Students’ Journal).
