Rafaela has an academic background closely linked to the University of Brasília (UnB), where she is a Master’s student in Law and has participated in several study and research groups, most notably the Study Group on Constitution, Business, and Market (GECEM), led by Professor Ana Frazão.

Her academic experience also includes co-organizing the Study and Research Group on Jurisprudence and Constitution, as well as conducting undergraduate research in Civil Procedure. She also served as an assistant editor of the Revista dos Estudantes de Direito da UnB (UnB Law Students’ Journal).

Before joining Ana Frazão Advogados, Rafaela was part of the teams of law firms in various practice areas, including private law, regulatory, and corporate law, in addition to practical experience in strategic litigation.
